Fixes #3478

This PR addresses the issue of missing translations in the Library Management tab within the Preferences menu, ensuring the UI is fully localized when switching languages.

Changes:

I have updated the necessary localization files to include the missing keys for all Library Management strings, which now includes:

• "p5.js Version," "Library Management," and "Custom Version Info."
• The complete translation for the p5.js 2.0 transition alert (the LibraryVersionInfo string) to ensure users receive the full information about the upcoming default version switch.

I have verified that this pull request:
